About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for day-to-day product needs for Capitalstream clients, including defect fixes, client change requests, small enhancements, production hot fixes, regulatory and compliance updates, and management of third-party licenses, certificates, software updates, and vendor relationships. This is a business-as-usual role focused on steady, high-quality delivery of changes to the existing product. The Product Manager owns the BAU backlog and determines what is built next based on business judgment, stakeholder input, customer value, and overall business impact. The role works directly with banking clients, Customer Success, Engineering, and QA to translate incoming requests into clearly defined requirements and acceptance criteria, and is accountable for the business value delivered in each release. The position is part of a supportive, fast-paced team of developers, QA testers, and product managers. The team uses current technologies and an incremental, agile approach to software delivery. The role is based in the Boston or Toronto office.
