About The Position

The Product Manager will serve as a key connector between business stakeholders, frontline users, product teams, technical delivery teams, and leadership. This role is primarily responsible for translating business needs, user stories, frontline feedback, and operational workflows into clear, actionable product requirements that can be executed by engineering, analytics, design, and implementation teams. The Product Manager will help ensure that our tools reflect real user workflows, supports business priorities, and delivers measurable operational value. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, agile delivery discipline, and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured requirements, prioritized work, and clear execution plans.

  • Experience managing agile backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting product rollouts, user testing, and operational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals, operational needs, frontline feedback, and user stories into detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready work items for the product.

  • Define product priorities and make informed trade-off decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and release timing to maximize business value.
  • Ensure product initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering and technical teams to break complex workflows into manageable and testable increments.
  • Use operational metrics, performance data, and user feedback to continuously refine product direction and priorities.
  • Define, manage, and maintain an evergreen prioritized product backlog.
  • Prioritize product enhancements that improve workflow efficiency, information quality, operational readiness, and downstream decision-making.
  • Help maintain alignment between short-term delivery priorities and the broader product roadmap.
  • Lead collaboration across engineering, design, analytics, operations, and frontline user groups.
  • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and product delivery teams.
  • Facilitate discussions around priorities, trade-offs, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, workflow reviews, user testing conversations, and prioritization discussions.
  • Communicate product progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Foster alignment among stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.
  • Support rollout planning, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
  • Track delivery progress against requirements, milestones, dependencies, and committed outcomes.
  • Assist with change management initiatives, including process adoption, stakeholder engagement, and training support.
  • Monitor product adoption, utilization, and business impact following implementation.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to measure value realization and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Analyze user behavior, operational performance, and product outcomes to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Support the development of scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to workflow optimization and product management.
