About The Position
Client is looking for experienced Product Managers to help improve digital services and modernize how customers interact with the client.
Requirements
- Experience managing or delivering digital products, software platforms, or customer-facing technology.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
- Experience with product lifecycle, backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Experience working with developers, designers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Strong customer experience, user research, or usability testing experience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Work with customers, staff, vendors, designers, and technical teams to understand needs and solve problems.
- Create requirements, user stories, workflows, and prioritized backlogs.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and prioritization.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
