About The Position

Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses. We work with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — the people who keep homes running — and we replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work. Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue — fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan. We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we’ve built. Today: Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office. We’ve grown from $0 → millions in ARR in under a year. We’re trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups. Raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and YC.

Requirements

• High-agency: you bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end
• Strong business judgment: you get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice
• AI-first: you default to asking what's now possible, not what's been done before, and you've built agents or AI-powered workflows yourself
• Excited to work in-office five days a week to collaborate closely with the founders and the team

Nice To Haves

• Former founder, or a PM who has operated like one: you've made calls with incomplete information, owned outcomes, and stayed close to customers throughout
• Experience at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C)
• Home services or field service management experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the roadmap for foundational capabilities that fuel our next generation of AI agents, from initial concept through launch.
• Partner directly with customers to identify new opportunities for AI to reshape their workflows, enable automation, and improve their overall experience.
• Build tools that give contractors real control over how their AI agents handle calls, bookings, and follow-ups — tailored to their specific trade, service area, and way of doing business.
• Turn promising ideas into well-defined product specs, then collaborate with engineering and design to bring them to life.
