We’re looking for a Product Manager excited about AI-augmented workflows and operational rigor — someone motivated to design scalable product systems, not just ship features. We're hiring a Product Manager to join our growing product team and help us define what modern product management looks like. This is a rare opportunity to own transforming how our team works (by embedding AI into every PM workflow) and shaping what we build (by championing AI-powered features inside QBench itself). You'll report to and partner closely with our Senior PM, embedded across engineering, design, sales, and customer success. QBench sits at the center of some of the most important work happening in labs today — and the product decisions you make will be felt by the scientists and technicians relying on it daily. Requirements

2–5 years in B2B SaaS Product Management, ideally in complex or technical domains
Experience using AI tools in professional workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, Jira, Airtable or similar)
Strong understanding of modern product UX practices
Experience building internal AI automation processes
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment
Able to work within US-based time zones
