About The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager for our client, a technology consultancy operating in the data segment, connecting platforms, data, and AI to accelerate the digital transformation of leading companies. The company has a complete ecosystem of data solutions, from integration architecture to artificial intelligence – end-to-end engineering, with security and scale. This professional will work with one of the consultancy's major clients. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the conception, evolution, and delivery of high-impact solutions, connecting strategic business vision with tactical execution.

Requirements

Consolidated experience in Digital Product Management, ideally focused on B2B platforms, payment methods, or financial services.
Proficiency in writing product documentation and practical use of Jira for tracking and governance.
Practical or conceptual knowledge of Databricks architecture and Generative AI models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with multiple simultaneous teams.
Strong organizational capacity, with discipline for continuous monitoring of processes and routines.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in the architecture or implementation of ecosystems with AI Agents (Agent Harness).
In-depth knowledge of financial market security regulations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, managing the complete lifecycle from Discovery to Delivery.
Structure and maintain functional and technical product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, integration flows, and process maps.
Lead the construction and integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions and high-volume transactional ecosystems.
Ensure project visibility and governance through checklists, routine management in Jira, and periodic report preparation.
Monitor crucial product metrics, such as OKRs, adoption rate, and latency.
Ensure continuous compliance with financial industry regulations, including PCI-DSS and LGPD/PII.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, data, UX/UI, security, and corporate stakeholders, removing operational bottlenecks.
