Requirements

Product Management Experience: Proven track record in delivering successful SaaS products.
Technical and AI Proficiency: Understanding of software development methodologies and technical concepts. As well as a proven ability to work with and understand emerging AI technologies.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into product requirements.
Execution Focus: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to break down complex projects into manageable pieces.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct Customer Interviews: Lead user research and discovery sessions to deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and needs. Use these insights to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
Define Detailed Requirements: Translate high-level roadmap features into clear, actionable, low-level requirements. Write comprehensive requirements, while identifying edge cases and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
Partner with Engineering: Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and stand-ups to unblock the team and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to expert for your product area. Support internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing—by answering questions, providing training, and evangelizing your features.
Collaborate on Product Launches: Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
AI driven: Understand how AI shapes the market and how this can impact and challenge feature development.
