About The Position

Qventus is seeking a Product Manager to join their mission-driven team. This role is part of a new product organization where PMs are expected to be hands-on builders, working alongside engineering and design. The Product Manager will own a high-growth product area at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare, focusing on prototyping, automating, and creating solutions. This is an evolving role where the successful candidate will help define the "builder-mode" product management approach. Qventus is a healthcare transformation company using machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to improve patient care and operational efficiency in hospitals.

Requirements

  • High ownership and accountability for product area and results.
  • Outcome-oriented and data-strong, using data to guide decisions.
  • Proven track record of rapidly taking products through the full lifecycle and delivering real impact.
  • Exceptional written communication skills: crisp, structured, and persuasive.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
  • High motor, thriving in a fast-moving environment with a bias to action.
  • Fluent and comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, ideally building and prototyping with them.
  • High comfort level developing products that lean heavily on data, analytics, and machine learning.
  • Strong product sense and taste for great product and user experience.
  • Personable and customer-facing, collaborative and trustworthy.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in an evolving PM model.
  • Able to span altitudes, from vision to detailed execution.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in product management.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare operations or clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and decision-making on what gets built.
  • Define and manage measurable outcomes for the product area, instrumenting metrics to track success.
  • Discover and validate opportunities by understanding users, market, technology, and data.
  • Set the vision, problems to solve, and requirements for solutions, aligning teams and leadership.
  • Get hands-on in the product through building, prototyping with AI tools, mocking up flows, and drafting working solutions.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship and iterate on products.
  • Act as the face of the product, building relationships with users, buyers, and thought leaders.
  • Represent the product credibly to various stakeholders, from front-line clinicians to C-suite executives.
