About The Position

At Infinity by Marvin, we're looking for a Product Manager who will help shape the future of our replacement window and door portfolio. In this role, you'll serve as the voice of the customer, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and business data to drive product innovation and growth. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, you'll lead product development initiatives, support product strategy, and help bring customer-focused solutions to market. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, New Product Development, or a related field.
• Experience building business cases and supporting product launch initiatives.
• Knowledge of construction, building products, or home improvement industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product development and enhancement projects through the product development process.
• Gather and analyze customer, dealer, market, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.
• Build business cases and product recommendations using customer, market, sales, and financial data.
• Define product positioning, key features, customer value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches and maintain product documentation.
• Serve as a product expert, supporting internal teams with training, guidance, and market insights.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including enhancements, engineering changes, and portfolio optimization.
• Travel up to 25% to gather customer and partner feedback.
