The Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that include product costing, separator design documentation, new product development, new component acquisition, and internal product design optimization efforts across Transcend's portfolio of engineered separation systems, filtration technologies, consumable products, and aftermarket solution offerings. This role will work with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to define product requirements, prioritize development initiatives, support commercialization efforts, and manage products throughout their lifecycle. The Product Manager combines market insight, technical understanding, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, support new product development, improve competitive positioning, and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and company objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial process technologies and a strong background in product management, market analysis, product development, and commercialization within engineered products or process industry environments.
