• Experience in building greenfield products, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring they meet market needs
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and innovative problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product direction and growth
• Adept at using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and product enhancements

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle for new AI-native products, guiding them from concept to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and ensure alignment with business goals
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and strategic objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and feature development
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product progress and addressing any concerns
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
• Drive user engagement and satisfaction by incorporating feedback and iterating on product features
