About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Product Manager in the Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team to define and execute product strategies, distill and document business and functional requirements, write user stories, determine how to evaluate product success, set priorities, and ensure the software development team delivers what you define. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Vice President level position within the Information Management team. Requirements

  • Expertise with the concepts of risk management frameworks, information security controls, content discovery, classification, and data governance
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills that eliminate superfluous descriptors to get to root cause and the real problem to be solved
  • A demonstrated ability to write clear, comprehensive product specifications that account for assumptions and dependencies
  • Exercises judgment through decisions that combine the confidence of expertise and the humility of experience
  • Adapts to ambiguity and changing priorities with equanimity
  • Translate technological capabilities and limitations from the realm of software and hardware to the realm of humans and how business really gets done
  • Navigates technology concepts easily and readily maps them onto the realities of business operations
  • Typically, 8+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
