About The Position

At Authenticom, we're building the future of automotive data connectivity. For more than 20 years, we've been the trusted technology partner behind many of North America's leading automotive manufacturers, dealerships, software providers, and technology companies. Every day, our technology securely powers millions of critical data exchanges that keep the automotive industry moving. While our name may not be widely recognized outside the industry, our impact is. Today, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth—expanding our products, strengthening strategic partnerships, and investing in the technology and people that will help us accelerate what's next. We're large enough to solve meaningful, enterprise-scale challenges, yet agile enough that every employee has the opportunity to influence our direction. We believe great companies are built by great people, which is why we've created a remote-first culture grounded in trust, accountability, collaboration, and flexibility. If you're looking for a company where your ideas matter, your work has meaningful impact, and you can help shape products used across the automotive technology ecosystem, Authenticom offers the opportunity to build something meaningful—not simply maintain what's already there. This isn't just another Product Manager role. We're looking for a thoughtful, customer-focused Product Manager who can connect customer needs, business priorities, and technology capabilities to create products and experiences that deliver real value. You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy and turning that strategy into actionable requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and successful product enhancements. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other areas to understand market needs, validate solutions, and guide products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and advocating for the customer. If you're energized by turning ideas and feedback into products that make a measurable difference, we'd love to meet you.
