  • Strong technology and analytics foundation — ideally grown into product from a quantitative or technical role
  • Hands-on enough to read API docs, challenge technical trade-offs, and pull your own data in SQL when you need to
  • Working understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) — enough to define realistic success metrics and to push back when AI isn't the right answer
  • Track record shipping data or analytics products that business users adopted, with measurable outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern tools & frameworks (Streamlit, Distributed processing, inference)
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance constraints on analytics product decisions (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar)
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end delivery for one or more analytics products serving sales and underwriting teams.
  • Write clear, technically informed requirements that data science and engineering can execute against without ambiguity.
  • Set and track KPIs, manage prioritization across competing requests, synthesize stakeholder feedback into product direction, and ship incrementally — measuring outcomes and iterating.
