Product Manager
About The Position
Raft is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support their customer and join their passionate team. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where customers and people are put first. As a Product Manager at Raft, you will be an agile onboarding SME that understands how to manage non-waterfall projects. You will oversee the operations of individual projects within programs, coordinate time, budget, and resources to complete work within program guidelines, and report to the program manager on progress and any changes made to the initial project plan. The focus will be on execution and managing functional elements of the projects to include meeting deadlines, delegating tasks, and completing deliverables.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Understanding of Platform One value stream service offerings
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex tasks
- Tasks may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
- Operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
- Contributes to deliverables and perform metrics where applicable
- Demonstrated knowledge in the following: Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, DoD Cyber Security and Cloud
- Ability to maintain a Secret security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Direct experience working with DoD clients
- Proven track record managing favorable profit and loss
- Agile certification(s)
- Experience working in a software factory environment
Responsibilities
