About The Position

Bolder Apps is hiring a Product Manager to own product scope and delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements. The role works directly with US-based startups and established companies while engineering teams build digital products, including through AI-augmented development workflows. The Product Manager balances client relationships, delivery timelines, project priorities, and technical constraints across multiple products.

This is a full-time, fully remote role requiring overlap with US Eastern time for live client coordination. The position runs software and mobile app development projects, serves as the link between clients and engineering teams, and keeps scope, budgets, schedules, documentation, QA, and releases on track.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in software development.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts with different priorities and the ability to context-switch while maintaining quality.
• Experience with mobile app development projects, including understanding iOS and Android release cycles, app store review timelines, and mobile project coordination.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Availability to overlap with US Eastern time for live client coordination.
• Comfort using technical project tools such as Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and bug reports and assess their timeline implications.
• Direct communication, including raising delivery concerns early and proposing a plan.
• Comfort with AI-augmented development workflows and understanding how agentic development affects estimation and QA.

Responsibilities

• Own product scope and delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements, each with its own priorities, stakeholders, and roadmap.
• Manage day-to-day software and mobile app development projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
• Translate business requests into technical scope and explain technical constraints to clients in plain language.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and scope, and flag risks early.
• Coordinate QA, staging, and release handoffs to ensure products are checked before shipping.
• Keep project documentation, specifications, and status information current and accessible to the team.
• Run client-facing standups, demos, and status calls during US business hours.
• Push back on scope creep and unrealistic timelines.
