About The Position

Requirements

Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success
Proven experience with monetary mechanics in iGaming/Trading and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have)
Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests
Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces
Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data
Ability to find balance between user value and product economics
Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language

Responsibilities

Direct impact on key metrics: CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue
