Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or Operations, preferably in Telecom/Tech
• Familiarity with Broadband technologies — DOCSIS, Fiber, and Wi-Fi
• Proficiency in SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau
• Strong ability to interpret data, analyze KPIs, and develop data-driven strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop digital product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate market needs into actionable plans
• Partner with IT, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for product launches
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to benefit realization
• Use data, KPIs, user feedback, and market trends for decision-making and ROI tracking
• Drive improvements in product quality, performance (speed, latency), and user experience
• Investigate persistent issues, find root causes, and implement solutions to reduce escalations
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and current/future state mapping
• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable user stories
