About The Position

SpyCloud is hiring a Product Manager to own delivery of key capabilities in its Investigations product line. Security teams, fraud analysts, investigators, and threat intelligence professionals use Investigations to uncover, understand, and act on cybercriminal activity using SpyCloud’s recaptured darknet data. The role turns product strategy into customer-facing capabilities and owns a meaningful portion of the roadmap, from discovery through launch and adoption. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role working daily with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, and in partnership with SpyCloud Labs, Threat Intelligence, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams. The company expects the Product Manager to integrate AI into both the product and their work, including using AI to gather, organize, prioritize, and define requirements. The role reports to the Director of Product, Enterprise & Investigations and works closely with the Principal Product Manager, Investigations. The position is remote-first, with occasional travel for customer meetings, industry events, and internal planning sessions. SpyCloud offers U.S.- and U.K.-based benefits for full-time employees. The U.S. base salary range is $115,000–$150,000.
