About The Position

Skai (formerly Kenshoo) is looking for a Product Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Skai operates in a dynamic market, constantly seeking innovation and delivering solutions for leading marketing agencies and brands. The product team plays a key role in driving a differentiated experience and value. This role is for individuals passionate about products who will help craft the future of online marketing.

Requirements

  • Significant experience and expertise in Display advertising- including audiences targeting optimization, CTV advertising, flights and budget optimization, and familiarity with the full buyer journey.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and being able to bridge the gap between statistics and a friendly, business-oriented interface.
  • Strong Presentation skills and experience in communicating with clients and collecting market feedback.
  • Effectively managing projects, and working across multiple teams in the organization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work closely with overseas teams.
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Senior presence and mindset - self starter, can carry high level conversations and represent Skai and specifically our product organization in different levels of audiences and situations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Retail-Media DSP (e.g. Amazon DSP) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of Skai’s Full Funnel Product.
  • Studying market needs and trends across the industry and serving as the customer's voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company.
  • Crafting innovative, smart and useful solutions.
  • Defining and driving the long-term product strategy, aligning customer insights, market dynamics, and business objectives into a clear and durable product direction.
  • Building industry expertise by working with leading brands and agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams, driving new capabilities and innovations, and basing the future of our products on this experience.
  • Close collaboration with Product Management colleagues, data scientists, UX/UI experts, and R&D counterparts to define the backlog and functional specifications.
