Product Manager, Financial Data - Screening & Search

AlphaSense
•$128,000 - $160,000

About The Position

AlphaSense is seeking a Product Manager to define how financial data is surfaced through search and agentic capabilities across its platform. The role sits between financial datasets and the systems that make data discoverable, screenable, and actionable for end users and AI agents. The Product Manager will understand how financial content is structured, indexed, and ranked, and define experiences that make it a trusted input for human analysts and AI-driven research. The role partners with engineering, design, business, data platform, AI/ML, and go-to-market stakeholders to set requirements, write product requirements documents, and lead feature development and delivery. The Financial Data team sources, integrates, and surfaces structured datasets that support AlphaSense’s market intelligence platform and clients’ critical workflows. The Product Manager will own short- and mid-term roadmaps for search, screening, and agentic capabilities, contribute to the longer-term Financial Data vision, and lead the lifecycle of new capabilities from discovery and ideation through launch, QA, and post-launch iteration.

  • At least 2 years of experience building SaaS products in partnership with engineering and scrum teams.
  • Experience with financial data products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create PRDs, roadmaps, and requirements that align stakeholders and drive execution.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a complex product backlog and deliver features end-to-end.
  • Strategic thinking and a discovery mindset, with curiosity about client workflows and pain points, particularly those of financial analysts, investment bankers, and corporate development or deal teams.
  • Track record of owning roadmaps and delivery in SaaS environments.
