About The Position

MRI Software is seeking a Product Manager (Commercial CRM) to lead the strategy, roadmap and day to day product ownership of our Commercial CRM solution. This role combines Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities. You will shape the future of a modern CRM platform used by agencies and property professionals to market, sell and lease commercial properties. You will work across the full product lifecycle. From market discovery and roadmap planning through to backlog management, release delivery and customer adoption. You will partner closely with Development teams based in our India Global Development Center, while engaging stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK. A key focus of the role is ensuring the Commercial CRM product integrates effectively into MRI’s wider ecosystem of products, services and shared platform capabilities. Success in this role will be measured by delivering valuable, high quality solutions that drive customer growth, adoption, retention and market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years years experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or similar SaaS software roles.
  • Commercial real estate, property agency or PropTech experience highly regarded.
  • CRM product experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience owning both roadmap strategy and agile delivery execution
  • Strong understanding of workflow driven business software.
  • Proven ability to work with offshore development teams and global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations and platform ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in agile product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Commercial CRM product vision and roadmap.
  • Build 12 month delivery plans aligned to customer needs, commercial priorities and company strategy.
  • Contribute to longer term platform and portfolio planning.
  • Identify market opportunities through customer research, competitor analysis and industry trends.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives including expected outcomes and ROI.
  • Ensure roadmap alignment with MRI’s broader ecosystem, integrations and shared platform services.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog including enhancements, incidents and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate product goals into epics, features and clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Work daily with Engineering teams in India to clarify priorities, unblock delivery and maximize value.
  • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, demos and release readiness activities.
  • Accept completed work against defined requirements and quality expectations.
  • Balance delivery of innovation, technical uplift and operational improvements.
  • Engage directly with customers, internal stakeholders and regional teams to understand needs.
  • Participate in customer forums, advisory groups and industry events.
  • Use customer feedback, usage data and win/loss insights to refine priorities.
  • Build strong understanding of commercial property workflows across sales, leasing and agency operations.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, Services, Marketing and regional leadership teams.
  • Communicate roadmap, progress, risks and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support go to market planning, release launches and internal enablement.
  • Champion product thinking and customer outcomes across the organization.
