Job Summary The Senior Product Manager will develop features and products to improve the end-to-end consumer experience. This role includes cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on product development, with an emphasis on self-service in payment, account management, and servicing. This role plays a crucial role in driving the strategy, planning, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of our products. They are responsible for delivering solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives, ensuring a clear product vision and roadmap.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-8 years experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management, Business, or related field of study.
  • Previous experience in a Product Manager role, or equivalent product management capacity, with ownership of product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing customer-facing digital products and journeys within financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or related industries.
  • Experience using data, customer insights, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools to drive product strategy and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with design and engineering teams to identify market trends and develop strategies for product differentiation and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the prioritization and delivery of large-scale product features, guide product improvements, define business requirements, and ensure adherence to security policies and controls.
  • Sets product performance metrics, conducts ongoing analysis, and drives improvements for customer experience and operational excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and lead with strategic and analytical expertise.
  • Leverages financial insights to guide product management strategies, analyzing key business drivers to refine product offerings based on market research. Conducts thorough analysis to identify and prioritize new product opportunities.
