About The Position

Levelpath is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in New York City. This role involves deeply understanding customer and user pain points through various channels, distilling insights into clear problem statements and prioritized enhancements, and collaborating closely with the engineering team for feature implementation. The Product Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the team and product, which may include testing complex features or configuring demos. The role requires working in the office, collaborating with leadership and customer teams, and occasional travel to Europe.

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a product manager
Appreciate the needs and complexities of large enterprise customers
Strong perspectives that you can articulate clearly and succinctly
Care about the little things, the details
Collaborative and believe good ideas can come from anywhere or anybody
Spend time investing in understanding the problem, not just jumping ahead to solutions
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills

Responsibilities

Deeply understand our customers and our users pain points through a variety of avenues: check in meetings, implementation, support tickets, and product usage
Distill customers’ and users’ insights into clear problem statements and prioritized product enhancements
Collaborate closely with engineering team to execute the implementation of product features/capabilities
Fill any needs to ensure overall team and product’s success, whether that means testing a complex feature release or configuring a prospect’s specific demo
Work in office collaborating closely with the leadership and customer teams
Occasionally be required to travel to Europe
