We are seeking a highly motivated upstream marketing professional to join our team! Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in technical or business; MBA preferred
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, dental preferred
  • Strong project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Downstream marketing or marketing communications experience a plus
  • Desire to mentor and coach

Responsibilities

  • Deep experience in typical upstream activities including full life-cycle ownership with a focus on new products and value proposition development
  • Experience launching multiple new product introductions - including new platforms and sustaining innovations
  • Experienced in customer needs ranking by employing research techniques
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of departmental personalities
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization
  • Experienced in creating near and long-term product roadmaps aligned with R&D and sales
  • Experienced in establishing clear design input requirements, new product and existing product sales forecasts, and managing to financial KPI metrics for product portfolio
  • Engaging presenter able to elicit confidence and rapport with a sales organization, channel partners and a variety of customer types
  • Experience in leading new product and refresh campaigns with downstream and marcomm partners including marketing programs, sales tools, digital and printed literature
  • Ability to engage sales team members and customers and develop unique insights and trends
  • Participate in tradeshows, training programs, end user presentations, dealer meetings, and other similar events
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required
