About The Position

As a Product Manager, you own the strategy and delivery of our demand orchestration products. Your deep understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation, combined with strong product management craft, will be central to aligning product strategy with business objectives. You will work closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing; make decisions grounded in data; and keep a clear line of sight from customer problems to revenue outcomes. We also expect a modern toolkit. Product managers here use AI tools in their daily work to move faster: to synthesize research, to build a rough prototype that makes an idea concrete, and to tighten the loop between an idea and real user feedback. Those tools support the fundamentals, they do not replace them. Judgment is still the job.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, preferably with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or martech.
  • A track record of shipped products or features you can walk us through, including the decisions and the outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern product management practice.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Working familiarity with design tools such as Figma, and comfort collaborating closely with designers.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context, with examples you can describe.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (for example Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration), or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with workflow or orchestration products.
  • Experience building features on top of LLMs or agentic systems.
  • Familiarity with intent data, ABM, or revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Experience building your own prototypes with AI assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for demand orchestration and align it with company objectives, connecting product decisions to outcomes such as SQLs, high intent leads, and marketing sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Conduct market research, track competitors and industry trends, and maintain a deep working knowledge of lead generation and B2B marketing processes.
  • Talk to customers regularly, run interviews and usability sessions, and turn what you learn into prioritized product decisions.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Where a prototype communicates the intent better than a document, build one.
  • Make explicit trade-offs about scope, sequence, and what will not get built, and explain the reasoning to stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, design, sales, and marketing to take products from concept through launch and adoption.
  • Run disciplined iterative development: short cycles, working software each sprint, and steady progress against the roadmap.
  • Define success metrics before launch, instrument what you ship, and read the results honestly afterward.
  • Support launches with positioning input, enablement material, and a clear view of the customer value being delivered.
  • Articulate product vision and requirements to audiences ranging from engineers to executives to customers.
  • Break down ambiguous problems, including the newer ones that come with building AI powered features.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Access to modern product and AI tooling.
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Flexible work hours and remote work options.
