As a Product Manager at DAS, you will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of your products. You will be the driving force that connects market opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into a clear plan—and then mobilizes cross-functional teams to execute. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into decisive action.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable presenting to leadership and customers.
  • Bias for action, comfort with change, and a track record of shipping and iterating quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements, prioritization, usability testing, and managing deadlines.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation, new opportunities, and winning strategies.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, using data and feedback to iterate and improve features that move the needle.
  • Define and track key product KPIs (adoption, usage, satisfaction, and growth) and act quickly on performance insights.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to drive adoption, revenue, and market share.
  • Present product performance, roadmap progress, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.
  • Remove execution roadblocks, refine priorities, review feedback, and keep teams aligned to the roadmap.
  • Run cross-functional syncs, adjust plans based on new data, and update stakeholders on progress and risks.
  • Report on KPIs, market trends, and upcoming bets to leadership, and refine strategy based on performance.
  • Lead special initiatives around product innovation, customer engagement, and competitive positioning.
