About The Position

Confiz is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join one the product team of our of our largest retails clients in Seattle, WA. This role plays a critical part in driving execution across defined objectives within the Customer Orders domain, with a strong emphasis on delivery, stakeholder alignment, and maintaining momentum across active workstreams. The Product Manager 2 will collaborate closely with Store Operations, UX, and Engineering teams to support the development and delivery of Store Operations solutions, including Store Fulfillment within the Omni-Channel ecosystem. This is a contract position supporting the Store Customer Orders program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to take defined requirements and drive them through delivery with minimal ramp-up time
  • Experience defining, measuring, and analyzing business and product processes to identify improvements
  • Proven ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and third-party dependencies
  • Strong technical understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, and QA/testing processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Analytics
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
  • Strong ownership mindset with a passion for product delivery and customer outcomes
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving and execution
  • Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined set of product objectives within the Customer Orders portfolio, prioritizing features based on business goals, UX considerations, and stakeholder input
  • Define, track, and monitor success metrics (OKRs and KPIs) for assigned initiatives
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure engineering teams are unblocked and progressing against delivery timelines
  • Support tactical prioritization and ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders
  • Develop and refine requirements, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and supporting documentation
  • Contribute to go-to-market execution, including UAT, communications, change management, and post-launch validation
  • Support system health and operational performance through incident triage and maintenance activities
  • Partner with UX, Research, and Engineering teams to ensure product objectives are delivered effectively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, feedback loops, and alignment
  • Conduct root cause analysis on KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities across workstreams
