Epson America, Inc.Los Alamitos, CA
$148,353 - $188,941Hybrid

About The Position

Epson is seeking a Product Manager to join the Professional Photo Products team within its Large Format Printing business. This role will focus on Epson’s professional large-format photo portfolio and the products, software, media, and workflows used in photography, fine art reproduction, graphic arts, and proofing applications. The Product Manager will help shape the product roadmap and manage products throughout their lifecycle—from evaluating customer and market needs and working with global engineering teams on product development to launch, positioning, pricing, forecasting, and ongoing product management. The role requires developing a strong understanding of the needs of professional photographers, photo labs, fine art printmakers, graphic arts professionals, and other imaging customers, translating those needs into recommendations that help ensure solutions are technically ready, commercially relevant, and positioned for success. The individual will work hands-on with Epson’s professional photo products and printing workflows, evaluating how printers, inks, media, software, color-management tools, and related technologies work together to deliver exceptional image quality, color accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Collaboration with technical, sales, marketing, and service teams is essential to support new-product introductions and the ongoing success of the portfolio. This position is based at Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, California, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule, with regular on-site presence needed due to the hands-on nature of the role.
