ReSupply•Boston, MA

About The Position

ReSupply is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape and deliver the technology that will reinvent and forever change the supply chain of charitable contributions in the U.S., helping turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding complex customer and business needs, connecting the dots across different parts of a product, and turning ambiguous problems into simple, scalable solutions. You'll help shape the product roadmap, lead discovery and requirements gathering, and take ownership of platform initiatives from concept through launch and iteration. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Data to improve the experiences and workflows that power ReSupply's business. Because you'll be working across the platform, you'll have the opportunity to understand how different parts of our technology, customers, and operations fit together and help build a product that scales with the company. Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We do our best work when we can innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. Our culture is built on thinking disruptively, obsessing over adding value, and supporting one another as we strive to Make Giving Simple – and have fun doing it!

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of dedicated Product Management experience, with a proven track record of bringing platform features or complex web applications from discovery to launch.
  • Strong grasp of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, user story creation, and workflow mapping.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative user feedback alongside quantitative data to make informed product decisions and balance customer needs against technical constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work full time in-person at our Downtown Boston headquarters to foster close collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building SaaS products, multi-sided marketplaces, platforms, or complex operational/logistical workflows.
  • Prior experience in a startup or lean team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define, maintain, and execute ReSupply's product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user value, technical effort, and business impact.
  • Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to translate complex customer and operational pain points into actionable specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work daily with Engineering and Design teams in an agile environment to clarify requirements, manage tradeoffs, write clear specs, and ensure features build cleanly and launch on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Data teams to identify bottlenecks and build automated workflows, integrations, and data flows that support company growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional rollouts, establish success metrics, and monitor user feedback and performance post-launch to drive continuous product iteration.

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO and early-exit Fridays year-round.
  • Company-provided lunch in the office every day.
  • 3% Company 401(k) match.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 17 paid holidays.
