Technology plays a critical role in supporting clinic operations, enhancing the patient experience, and enabling franchisee success. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of the technology solutions that power our clinics and support key customer-facing experiences, including operational systems, digital tools, and mobile applications. In this role, you'll partner closely with Operations, Marketing, clinic stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver technology solutions that drive business impact. You'll gather feedback from the field, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with vendors and internal partners to ensure our technology platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
