About The Position

Technology plays a critical role in supporting clinic operations, enhancing the patient experience, and enabling franchisee success. We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing enhancement of the technology solutions that power our clinics and support key customer-facing experiences, including operational systems, digital tools, and mobile applications. In this role, you'll partner closely with Operations, Marketing, clinic stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver technology solutions that drive business impact. You'll gather feedback from the field, prioritize enhancements, and collaborate with vendors and internal partners to ensure our technology platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional who enjoys owning initiatives from concept to execution, influencing without direct authority, and delivering meaningful improvements across a growing national brand.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Systems, or a related field.
Experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, retail, healthcare, fitness, or similarly distributed operational environments.
Strong understanding of business applications, system integrations, point-of-sale platforms, payments, and operational technology.
Experience managing technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and service level agreements.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the technology roadmap for clinic operations and franchisee-facing platforms, aligning priorities with Operations and franchise leadership.
Partner with Operations, Marketing, franchisees, and clinic teams to gather feedback and translate business needs into product enhancements and technology solutions.
Oversee the performance and reliability of clinic-facing systems, including point-of-sale, payments, operational platforms, and in-clinic technology.
Manage vendor and managed service provider relationships, including contract oversight, SLA governance, performance management, and optimization opportunities.
Lead product decisions related to integrations, system architecture, and build-versus-buy evaluations while maintaining key technical documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve clinic performance and user satisfaction.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve product management processes, operational workflows, and overall efficiency.
