About The Position

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced technical project manager to coordinate a wide variety of technical projects from inception to completion. In this role you will coordinate projects and tasks for a team of skilled and experienced Systems and DevOps Engineers. If you are ready to help steer high-level projects to success, we are excited to have you on our team.

Requirements

  • Agile experience in Scrum and Kanban
  • Collaborative, proactive, self-motivated individual with an inherent curiosity to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or product management for a technology team.
  • Wear many hats to get the job done in an agile, fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to easily translate technology terms for business users and vice versa
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in change management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and keep projects moving under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Jira a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize projects and tasks for a variety of initiatives.
  • Work with the team to define or clarify scope, constraints, and cross-team or cross-functional dependencies as needed.
  • Understand project goals and problem statements for all tasks to facilitate effort estimation and properly align expectations concerning deliverables and timelines; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
  • Empower the team and clear potential roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with business and other technical teams.
  • Maintain documentation for the team in Confluence.
  • Facilitate communication between teams on cross-team projects.
  • Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these tie into, support or impedes organizational strategic objectives.
  • Interact in person and remotely with key implementation project stakeholders, technology staff, and subject matter experts.
