Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
2 years of experience in the North American automotive driveline technology market for high-volume production assemblies and customer programs with OEM.
Demonstrated experience with Automotive quality management, including AIAG and IATF 16949 standards.
Demonstrated experience with Safety critical automotive products, including driveline and chassis technology.
Demonstrated experience with Supplier quality management, including assessments and audits.
Demonstrated experience with 8D problem-solving methodology.
Demonstrated experience with PFMEA and Control Plans.
Demonstrated experience with SPC for manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated experience with GR&R and MSA.
Demonstrated experience with RFQ.
Demonstrated experience with Formulating product and service pricing, including cost analysis.
Demonstrated experience with North American automotive market, including driveline technology for high-volume, complex assemblies and customer programs with OEMs.
Demonstrated experience with SAP.
Demonstrated experience with GD&T.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales activities for North America, focusing on a specific OEM Automotive Customer.
Manage the RFQ process from pilot builds to serial production.
Formulate pricing for products and services, including R&D, logistics, manufacturing tooling, and engineering costs.
Coordinate internal teams such as engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality.
Liaise with customer teams in engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality.
Handle engineering changes and cost studies.
Maintain the customer portal, report key metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction in areas of engineering, product, quality, and cost.
Oversee sales planning activities, including budget and forecast, for North America.
Report to central and divisional sales departments.
Implement company sales processes and guidelines.
Manage pricing in SAP.
Prepare business reports and presentations using data from SAP.
