Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a closely related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the North American automotive driveline technology market for high-volume production assemblies and customer programs with OEM.
  • Demonstrated experience with Automotive quality management, including AIAG and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with Safety critical automotive products, including driveline and chassis technology.
  • Demonstrated experience with Supplier quality management, including assessments and audits.
  • Demonstrated experience with 8D problem-solving methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience with PFMEA and Control Plans.
  • Demonstrated experience with SPC for manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with GR&R and MSA.
  • Demonstrated experience with RFQ.
  • Demonstrated experience with Formulating product and service pricing, including cost analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with North American automotive market, including driveline technology for high-volume, complex assemblies and customer programs with OEMs.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP.
  • Demonstrated experience with GD&T.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales activities for North America, focusing on a specific OEM Automotive Customer.
  • Manage the RFQ process from pilot builds to serial production.
  • Formulate pricing for products and services, including R&D, logistics, manufacturing tooling, and engineering costs.
  • Coordinate internal teams such as engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality.
  • Liaise with customer teams in engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality.
  • Handle engineering changes and cost studies.
  • Maintain the customer portal, report key metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction in areas of engineering, product, quality, and cost.
  • Oversee sales planning activities, including budget and forecast, for North America.
  • Report to central and divisional sales departments.
  • Implement company sales processes and guidelines.
  • Manage pricing in SAP.
  • Prepare business reports and presentations using data from SAP.
