About The Position

Workday is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role involves defining, designing, and launching next-generation AI Talent Acquisition products that will be used by millions of users worldwide. The team crafts innovative solutions for global Talent Acquisition teams, enabling them to source, assess, select, and hire candidates at scale using modern technologies. The team is passionate about innovation, transformational experiences, and the people behind them, balancing a serious approach to work and customer success with the fun of building great things together.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience.
  • Track record in managing product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.
  • 3+ years experience working with Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Track record of working independently, and resolving ambiguity.
  • Consumer level proficiency of AI and LLM-powered technology.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customers’ needs.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, including exploration, measurement, and monitoring.
  • Strong Active Listening Skills with the ability to elicit requirements.
  • A collaborative approach, seeking common ground to meet organizational goals.
  • Passion and empathy for customers and a proven track record as a customer advocate.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience in working with Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Experience with Lovable, Claude, and Cursor AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and define customer problems.
  • Champion solutions that generate measurable value and meet business needs.
  • Drive product design in close collaboration with customers.
  • Work with product managers, product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver transformative, intuitive products.
  • Lead tactical execution and coordination on complex initiatives across functions in an organized fashion.
  • Lead projects effectively with high standards of accountability.
  • Synthesize complex inputs and trade-offs into a compelling plan and direction with agreement from team members, contributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape research.
  • Conduct primary user research.
