About The Position

Upstate Coin & Gold is offering an exceptional opportunity to become an expert in the exciting precious metals profession; in this role, no two days are ever the same. As a Product Manager at UCG, you will support the Director of Product and Innovation in executing our product vision, strategy, and continuous evolution. You will work within cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, validate disruptive solutions, and deliver scalable products. Embracing a culture of experimentation and user-centric design, you will help ensure our product portfolio remains highly competitive and forward-looking.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated history of helping take products from abstract concept to successful commercial launch.
  • Ability to thrive in an inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performance culture that encourages calculated risk-taking, open feedback, and continuous learning.
  • Strong capability to leverage quantitative data, user feedback, and market insights to drive objective decisions.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, UI/UX principles, and modern frameworks like Design Thinking and Lean Startup.

Responsibilities

  • Support the overarching product vision by translating high-level strategies into actionable, phased development plans and clear product requirements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and emerging industry trends.
  • Participate in the discovery and incubation of new features and concepts. Utilize frameworks for rapid prototyping and user testing to validate assumptions by failing fast and iterating quickly.
  • Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion Agile methodologies to streamline product operations and accelerate time-to-market while maintaining high quality.
  • Track and monitor core KPIs such as user adoption, retention, MRR/ARR, and customer satisfaction to measure success and inform product decisions.
