Requirements

Minimum 6 years professional work experience, with at least 3 years as a product manager (founder experience in a product-led startup counts).
Experience taking technology products from zero to one.
Experience working with engineers (software, hardware, or both) to ship products or features.
Broad and deep curiosity, with a quick learning ability across business, product, and engineering challenges.
Mission-driven with inspiration from Quilt’s mission.
Comfortable with the latest AI tooling and using it in daily workflow.
Readiness for a fast-moving, growth-stage startup environment with significant scope and autonomy.
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Drive product development across integrated intelligent hardware-software products, AI products, data infrastructure, consumer-facing software features, and partner-facing enterprise-class tooling.
Take Quilt flagship hardware-software products from requirements through launch, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineers, manufacturing, and the go-to-market channel.
Develop energy intelligence capabilities, including comfort, efficiency, and grid-services, to enhance connected heat pump fleets.
Enhance the homeowner experience through new energy intelligence features on the Quilt Dial and app, and smart home integrations.
Develop partner-facing tools for HVAC contractors to sell, design, install, and support Quilt systems, modernizing the trades and building channel competitive advantage.
Create clarity by ensuring everyone understands priorities, success metrics, and the connection to the bigger picture.
Take responsibility for excellent product outcomes.
