About The Position

TMA Systems is a leading provider of enterprise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions. Our flagship product, WebTMA, is designed to streamline maintenance operations, enhance asset management, and ensure compliance with industry standards. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and success of WebTMA. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle of WebTMA, from conception to launch and ongoing feature development. This role requires a deep understanding of CMMS and enterprise software solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, or in CMMS, enterprise software, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management processes and enterprise asset management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams is a bonus.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Familiarity with WebTMA or similar CMMS solutions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and communication of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WebTMA.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and development teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications.
• Help develop and maintain a detailed product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined and prioritized based on business value and customer impact.
• Support the product development process, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Create and manage product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive user adoption.
• Act as supporting team member for all product-related inquiries and issues.
