About The Position

Stride is building a modern, all-in-one EMR purpose-built for physical therapy clinics. We’re replacing legacy, workflow-heavy systems with an intuitive, data-driven platform that helps clinics operate more efficiently and deliver better care. We’re hiring our first Product Manager to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineering team. This role has end-to-end ownership of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) — from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration. You’ll have significant autonomy and influence, helping define what a modern EMR should look like while shipping meaningful features quickly. This is an ideal role for a PM who thrives in early-stage environments and wants real ownership, not layers of process.

Requirements

2–4 years of product management experience (healthcare and B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing technical tradeoffs
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and curiosity
Clear communicator who can turn ambiguity into action
Excited by early-stage startups and building from scratch

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, EMRs, or workflow-heavy products
Startup or first-PM experience
Strong product intuition around UX and systems design

Responsibilities

Own the full PDLC: discovery, roadmap definition, execution, launch, and iteration
Define product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the CEO
Work closely with engineers and stakeholders day-to-day to scope, prioritize, and ship features
Translate user needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Leverage data, customer feedback, and product metrics to drive prioritization
Balance usability, clinical workflows, and business impact
Continuously refine what “great” looks like
