YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) is the national resource office for YMCAs throughout the United States. The Y strengthens communities by helping people achieve their goals, build meaningful relationships, and experience a sense of belonging. The Y-USA Information Technology organization partners with leading practices to develop secure, strategic solutions that strengthen association well-being and community impact. The department leverages Data and AI to drive insight and innovation while responsibly sustaining Y USA’s core systems and providing trusted guidance, advisory services, and support to advance the YMCA Movement. This role is a Product Manager first, with a defined specialization in Salesforce-based products and capabilities. The role requires fluency in Salesforce platform concepts to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions. While not responsible for hands-on configuration, the Product Manager must effectively guide solution design, tradeoffs, and prioritization across Salesforce initiatives, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce administrators.
