About The Position

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Radix's product ecosystem, helping multifamily owners, operators, and investors make smarter decisions through data, analytics, and AI powered solutions. Working across Radix Analytics, Radix Underwriting, RealRents, and future products, you will identify opportunities, solve complex customer problems, and drive initiatives that create measurable business value. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, market intelligence, and product innovation, requiring strong product judgment, curiosity, and a passion for building products that customers love.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, B2B software, data platforms, marketplaces, or technology products
  • Demonstrated curiosity and strong product instincts with the ability to deeply understand customer problems and translate them into solutions
  • Proven resilience and adaptability, thriving in fast moving environments with evolving priorities
  • Experience working in startup or high growth environments and excitement about building during periods of scale
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross functional teams around shared goals
  • Experience managing products that combine data, workflows, analytics, automation, or AI driven capabilities
  • Comfort working with modern product tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, Pendo, and Figma

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with multifamily real estate, PropTech, financial technology, data products, or adjacent industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product initiatives from discovery through delivery across the Radix product suite
  • Partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership to identify high impact opportunities that drive customer value and business growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of multifamily operators, investors, asset managers, and renters to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities
  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with company objectives
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go to market teams to deliver impactful solutions efficiently and effectively
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to validate assumptions, prioritize investments, and guide decision making
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement across user experience, workflow efficiency, customer engagement, and platform adoption
  • Measure product performance and communicate outcomes through clear storytelling and data driven insights
  • Contribute to the evolution of Radix's product vision by identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies
