About The Position

As a Product Manager for AI Solutions, you will drive the evolution of NBCUniversal’s AI platform to support agentic workflows and shape how the enterprise works with AI. You will understand customer needs, translate them into platform capabilities, and partner closely with engineering, design, and program teams to deliver robust, secure, and extensible solutions. The role calls for deep technical understanding and strong product intuition, including defining a product roadmap, debugging user workflows with engineers, and presenting product strategy to executives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of product management experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship technical products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Creative, hacker spirit and a love of solving puzzles.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of experience as a professional engineer.

Responsibilities

Define and own an outcome-based roadmap grounded in customer insights and business priorities.
Translate cutting-edge AI advances into practical platform features.
Develop a deep understanding of stakeholders’ needs, define clear product requirements, write high-quality user stories, and guide teams through ambiguity.
Establish and uphold a high bar for product quality through rigorous testing of functionality, accuracy, and performance, and conduct demos.
