About The Position

HOH Water Technology is seeking a Water Safety Product Manager to play a strategic role in shaping the future of their Water Safety product line. This position combines technical expertise, product management, vendor partnership, and field enablement to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. It is a highly visible, strategic role on the Technical Services Team, owning the Water Safety product line end-to-end. The Product Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert and single point of accountability for product knowledge, vendor relationships, technical support, and field enablement, translating technical complexity into practical guidance. This is a field-enabling role, not a client-facing one, where success is measured by the field's ability to win and retain business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar) preferred.
  • Relevant water safety/water treatment industry certifications (e.g., CWT, ASSE 12080) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in water safety standards, regulations, control measures, engineering, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing or supporting product lines, technical programs, or commercial water treatment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management, pricing strategy, margin management, and product lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, and technical resources at scale.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into practical guidance.
  • Comfortable in a field-enabling rather than client-facing role — success is measured by the field's outcomes, not personal visibility.
  • Proficiency with ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and related business systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed and maintain a valid driver's license.
