This role provides an enterprise-level product mandate to define the agenda and drive strategy and execution for Data Reporting, Analytics and Insights across JPM Access and core client connectivity channels, with accountability for client impact, platform resilience, and financial performance. As a VP, Product Manager in Digital Channels & Connectivity, you will set the vision and lead execution across APIs, Host-to-Host connectivity, the JPM Access web platform, and Client Management Support, translating complex needs into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes in a regulated, control-intensive environment. You will lead a matrixed stakeholder ecosystem and serve as a senior escalation point, partnering with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Controls, Coverage, and Sales to maintain a rigorous operating cadence, governance and executive communications, disciplined delivery and incident management, go-to-market readiness, and ongoing performance measurement to improve adoption, reliability, and risk posture.
