Chime's Trust & Safety team is responsible for safeguarding member accounts, ensuring uninterrupted access to funds, and minimizing platform-wide risk and fraud loss. We are seeking Product Managers to lead critical initiatives in areas such as KYC, support experiences, and automation. These roles require a blend of customer experience, risk management, operations, and compliance expertise. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to develop strategy, launch impactful products, and iterate based on data. These positions offer a significant opportunity to influence how Chime balances growth, safety, and member experience at scale. The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $244,000, with potential for bonuses, equity, and benefits. The final salary will depend on location, skills, qualifications, and experience. This role requires an in-office presence in San Francisco, Monday through Thursday.
