U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager - TravelBank in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Product Manager - TravelBank is responsible for driving the strategic growth of TravelBank’s Spend Product by boosting adoption, enhancing user experience, and leveraging AI to optimize expense workflows. The role develops and executes a scalable product roadmap aligned with company-wide growth objectives, using insights from tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, and Pendo to monitor performance, evaluate feature impact, and inform strategic decisions. The Product Manager collaborates with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to prioritize features, deliver high-impact releases, and ensure accurate event instrumentation and analytics. The role builds AI-powered features, including auto-categorization of expenses to improve speed and accuracy, and optimizes spend workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This position leads the vision, planning, and execution of the Expense SaaS product for partner banks and middle-market clients, leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to define strategy and guide the roadmap. The Product Manager drives journey mapping, process documentation, and QA automation using Practitest, building comprehensive regression suites and ensuring seamless integrations with platforms such as U.S. Bank’s Flash and FBO System. The Product Manager engages internal and external customers to validate needs, champion the customer perspective, and support go-to-market readiness by equipping Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with training and guidance. The role conducts market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform the evolution of the product portfolio. Additionally, the Product Manager drives risk and compliance initiatives, including money transmission and credit underwriting, and serves as Product Owner for SOX and PCI audits, translating findings into product, platform, and process improvements. The role leads vendor risk assessments and onboarding for expense-related third-party providers such as Stripe, Astrada, Plaid, and Veryfi, and takes ownership during high-stakes situations, ensuring the integrity and resilience of the product.
