About The Position

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager - TravelBank in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is responsible for driving the strategic growth of TravelBank’s Spend Product by boosting adoption, enhancing user experience, and leveraging AI to optimize expense workflows. The Product Manager will develop and execute a scalable product roadmap aligned with company-wide growth objectives, using insights from tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amplitude, and Pendo to monitor performance, evaluate feature impact, and inform strategic decisions. Collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams is key to prioritizing features, delivering high-impact releases, and ensuring accurate event instrumentation and analytics. The role involves building AI-powered features, such as auto-categorization of expenses, and optimizing spend workflows. This position leads the vision, planning, and execution of the Expense SaaS product for partner banks and middle-market clients, leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to define strategy and guide the roadmap. The Product Manager will drive journey mapping, process documentation, and QA automation using Practitest, building comprehensive regression suites and ensuring seamless integrations with platforms such as U.S. Bank’s Flash and FBO System. Engagement with internal and external customers is crucial for validating needs and championing the customer perspective. The role also supports go-to-market readiness by equipping Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with training and guidance. Market and competitive analysis will be conducted to identify opportunities and inform product portfolio evolution. Additionally, the Product Manager drives risk and compliance initiatives, including money transmission and credit underwriting, and serves as Product Owner for SOX and PCI audits, translating findings into product, platform, and process improvements. The role includes leading vendor risk assessments and onboarding for expense-related third-party providers and taking ownership during high-stakes situations to ensure product integrity and resilience. The position may allow working from home within a commuting distance of the worksite location. Multiple positions are available.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems or Information Technology plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience with product management and technology-driven business solutions.
  • 5 years of experience developing product roadmaps for SaaS, enterprise software, and digital products that align with strategic business objectives.
  • 5 years of experience executing product roadmaps by driving initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet business goals.
  • 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—including engineering and design—to deliver product enhancements and new features.
  • 5 years of experience conducting market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify new product opportunities.
  • 5 years of experience leveraging insights from analyses to optimize user experience and drive product improvements.
  • 5 years of experience defining, prioritizing, and managing product backlogs and minimum viable products (MVPs) based on business impact and customer needs.
  • 5 years of experience leveraging data-driven insights to monitor product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • 5 years of experience managing and delivering products across the SaaS lifecycle and enterprise software solutions.
