About The Position

This role leads technical products for T-Mobile's Physical & Edge AI business, being responsible for the product lifecycle from vision and strategy through technical delivery and stakeholder collaboration. Within a vertically integrated team that commercializes Physical & Edge AI offerings, it defines use cases and reference solutions for physical-world AI (including intelligent IoT, sensors, and computer vision for physical spaces) and turns them into prioritized platform features. The role balances customer insight, technical feasibility, and business goals, and partners closely with architecture, hardware/sensor OEMs, ISVs, and go-to-market. Success is measured by product performance, adoption, and revenue contribution, and by the ability to drive growth through innovative, deployable solutions from T-Mobile's network edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience (Required)
  • 3+ years experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment (Required)
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience in an Agile software product development environment (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap for Physical & Edge AI use cases and reference solutions, aligned with business and technical goals
  • Conduct market and customer research and run technical discovery with hardware/OEM and ISV partners to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, handling the product backlog to support Agile development teams
  • Partner with Solutions Architects to validate the architecture, performance, and security of edge deployments end-to-end
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
  • Monitor product performance and quality in production (e.g., deployment time, edge latency/accuracy, adoption, revenue), addressing defects and driving continuous improvement
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
