Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive components.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy for your product line, aligning with company goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor products, and emerging trends in the automotive aftermarket industry.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and improve products within the category, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Ensure product quality and reliability by setting and monitoring product specifications and conducting testing as needed.
  • Analyze product performance, pricing, and profitability to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, marketing campaigns, and customer support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product improvements.
