Design and release engineers assume a major role in the product development organization – we are responsible for developing systems and components for multiple programs and delivering them with quality. We are charged with meeting and exceeding both our internal and external customer expectations with regard to fit, function, and finance. Be a part of changing how the world moves – again – as a Suspension Design and Release engineer for the next generation of Ford Vehicles. In this position, you will join a dynamic and vibrant team of suspension engineers with a passion for delivering excellence. You will have a direct impact on vehicle attributes (ride, handling, and NVH). You will engage with multiple cross functional teams (Body, CSE, Veh Eng, VO, Foundation) and perform management reviews both at the functional and program levels.
