The Product Manager, Supplier Integration owns products and services that connect suppliers with internal platforms and workflows. This role partners with suppliers, business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, security, and operations to translate needs into product requirements, prioritize delivery, and improve adoption, data quality, and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, supplier integration, systems integration, supply chain technology, or related area.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, enterprise systems, and supplier onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the supplier integration product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from suppliers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the product backlog and guide delivery of APIs, data exchanges, onboarding workflows, and integration services.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
  • Monitor adoption, service performance, data quality, and supplier feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, and communicate status and decisions to stakeholders.
